dr Marta Boroń

Advocate, Doctor of Juristic Science, university lecturer, member of the Association of Energy Trading. She specializes in issues related to energy law, civil and commercial law. She gained legal experience while working with energy companies and in own study as a scientific researcher. She defended her doctoral thesis in the field of legal relations and mechanisms of the electricity market, which was considered as outstanding by the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Silesia. She advised and pronounced an opinion on a number of projects related to energy industry. Author of numerous reviews, articles and studies in the field of energy law.

Aleksandra Czopik-Barecka

Advocate, legal counsel, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Deeply interested in criminal law, professionally she specializes in issues related to energy, economic and trade law, particularly in EU regulations related to energy trading. Within the framework of providing legal advice to companies in the energy sector she participated in many projects in the implementation of Community legislation relating to the energy sector. She speaks four foreign languages: English, German, French and Russian.

Anna Janosz

Lawyer, PhD Candidate in Law. She graduated with honors the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. She gained legal experience by working in law offices providing services to the energy sector and also by working in energy company. In 2016 she won the final of the National Energy Law Competition “Law with Energy”  organized with the support of ELSA and law firm CMS Cameron McKenna. She is also a participant of the international program The School of Chinese Law and Culture. She is the originator and one of the founders of iLawEnergy.
